Founded in 1978 in Delaware, Ohio by Klaus Gossing, our company has been helping the people of the Greater Columbus, Ohio areas enjoy the homes of their dreams through both new custom home building and custom home remodeling.

Through the years, we have built custom homes in every price range, we have built large room additions and single sunrooms, and we have remodeled kitchens and baths into beautiful and luxurious rooms for clients. Over our last 30 years, we have hired and retained professional tradesmen that deliver high quality work in every new home building or home remodeling project.

One of Klaus's guiding principles has always been that a home should be a work of quality craftsmanship. He instilled in all of us that, whether it is a new custom home build, a kitchen remodel, or a single room addition, corners should never be cut, and that the best way to ensure quality in a home is to work consistently with our own employees and the same skilled craftsmen.
