Our Step-by-Step Custom Build Process
Planning and Permits
Before the first shovel hits the dirt, we finalize blueprints, site surveys, and engineering reports. We secure all necessary municipal permits to ensure the build is 100% compliant.
Design Selection
While we handle the paperwork, you start selecting what to put in your new home. This is everything from cabinetry to light fixtures and trim. We help guide you to make sure you get everything you want in your dream house while staying on budget.
Breaking Ground
We start digging for the foundation and then pour the footings and walls.
Framing
The house takes shape! We build the floors, walls, and roof rafters. You’ll finally be able to walk through the rooms and get a sense of the scale and views.
Making It Weathertight
We install the “shell”—windows, exterior doors, and roofing—to protect the interior from the elements.
Mechanicals and Insulation
While the walls are open, we run the mechanicals of the house: plumbing, wiring, and climate control systems. Once inspected, we seal everything up with high-efficiency insulation.
Interior Finishes
This is the phase where your style shines. We install drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, and your chosen countertops and flooring.
Final Inspection and Handover
We test every outlet and faucet, get the final Certificate of Occupancy, and hand you the keys to your brand-new home.
