Our Streamlined Remodeling Process
Our goal is to make the process of achieving a more perfect version of your dream home through renovations less painful. To accomplish this goal, we will work with you to design, rebuild, remodel, or add-on the perfect room (or rooms!) for you and your family.
Consult and Measure
We visit the site, take precise measurements, and discuss your vision and budget.
Design and Selection
While we work on designing your space, you select all of the fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, etc so everything is ordered before we swing a hammer.
Permits and Prep
We handle the paperwork with local authorities and set up dust protection to keep the rest of your home clean.
Demolition
We remove anything in the existing space that is being replaced and clear it from the site.
Rough-Ins
Mechanical work happens behind the scenes: plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are updated and inspected.
The Build-Out
Drywall, flooring, and cabinetry go in. You’ll see the space transform daily during this stage.
The Reveal
Final touch-ups and clean-up. We do a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect.
